sounds good, I can't see the video right now but I listened to the soundcloud track. What's your setup?

Thanks I got guitar straight to amp. I forgot if I used a tubescreamer - probably not. Then simultaneous record with a sm57 and mxl r144. Focusrite 2i2 into Mac/Garageband. Added a rock compression and that's it. The video is different, I used just the Audio Technica AT2020 - which made it sounds like a boxy small combo.

nice, which amp? And what is your thoughts on the Focusrite? I'm shopping for a new interface, I'm currently using some old tascam 4 track.

Thanks. The amp is the Randall RVC found at Guitar Center.

The Focusrite 2i2: bad: sometimes I have to reconnect the USB to my Mac after the computer goes to sleep for an extended time. The level controls seem to require a fine touch. Good: there's hardly any background noise. No need for a mic preamp most of the time.
