SD Historians: early CS pickup?

I see a double black humbucker, pre 1987 ( big backlogo without MiA), 4 con wire, one coil phillips screws and one allen screws, winder tag with B-M, reads 16.3kOhms.
What do i see? Early kind of CS pickup? OEM?

Hmm... double screw JB that has allens in one side? B-M could be a custom job or prototype? Early Holdsworth pickup that someone put allens in?

Was my first thought too: a modifed Allan Holdsworth, which is kind of double screw JB aka the AH Metal Fatigue
