SD STK-S2 hot stack/Wiring???

I baught a used Seymour Duncan STK-S2 hot stack. The former owner have removed the original wires. When I watch a picture of such a pickup there are 4 wires involved. can anyone tell me how I connect those wires to the 3 pots and 5-way-switch of a Stratocaster. the hot stack is a 4 conducter just like the single coil sized hum in this diagram and like normal full size 4 conducter hums
