Due to the influx of entrants with only one post, break the mould and award the win to someone who has no posts whatsoever ?

Btw, in seriousness, it just occurred to me ... a Vaulted thread that consists of every winner from every comp from every time the comps occur would be a great thing. Of course it would need to be updateable, but just a pictorial as a forum record/ reference point would be cool, and a lasting reminder of all the effort of the voters and Ace's work, and some darn fine guitars that captured the forum's imagination. No added commentary, just a pictorial record with basic details of the guitar and owner and year of entry/win.

I think a reboot can not be avoided.

Apart from the PS Burny votes not being able to be re-directed this would also correct the problem of one entry running with a stock photo for a while.

You could just vault one thread per year.

Eventually you'll have to go through many threads to find out who qualifies, but that's a problem for future generations, and seriously, screw those guys.

Oh man....some times I hate making decisions, and this is one of them! They are all so NICE! The Staple is...WOW! The Hamer is so FREEKIN SEXY! The Braveheart is AMAZING! I am going to go with.......................I can't make up my mind...............The BRAVEHEART! It combines two passions of mine, wood working and metal working

It might be worth closing the vote on this one then, and maybe the thread - the votes still appear to be coming in on this one, despite the conversation at this end of things. I'm assuming fresh sets of eyes are coming in on page 1, not realising what has occurred and are then voting anyway.

Frank Lee is one of the worst photographers He knows. Somewhat sad, as He was a professional photographer at one point. Not in the traditional sense--the people whom he photographed were quite dead, and artistry was frowned upon in favor of objective documentation. That is a story for another time, however. He will have to use something other than His iPhone.

Frank Lee agrees that we might do over, but the black one did win fair and square. Frank Lee hopes that the Tokai gets more votes next time, as it is nice.
