Re: SDUG Ultimate SUPERSTRAT preliminaries
FINALLY, my kind of a poll!!!
I see Zerb already came to slaughter us all, still waiting for Mike plus some other esteemed members to have a full set.
In the meantime however:
(click ANY of the photos for the blown-up version - Ace, if you don't wanna choose yourself this would be my submission).

This is my pride and joy, a Will Stinnett SS6, custom built in 2010 (commissioned early February, finally done on late November I think).
Black Limba (korina) body with a half thickness Flamed Maple drop top, a Wenge/Mahogany 5-piece long tenon set neck and an Ebony board. Graph-tech non-locking nut.
Medium-Jumbo stainless steel frets, Hipshot locking tuners, Gotoh Floyd Rose, Seymour Duncan Jazz and Custom, each connected to a push pull (volume and tone respectively) pot for splitting. the volume pot also has the treble bleed mod.
But let's not forget some other favorites too:

This is the guitar the Stinnett was heavily based on, a Swing EZ-10 aka "Izzy": Mahogany/Maple 5-piece neckthru with Mahogany wings, an EBONY TOP, Rosewood fretboard. Upgraded all hardware and electronics.

Ok, she doesn't have a Floyd but she's from 1994 and that was exactly the year where the Floyd lost its' edge over the Wilky VS-100 so there you have it

Honduras Mahogany back with a Quilted Maple drop-top, Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard.
A US-made Wilkinson VS-100 with Washburn-branded Gotoh locking tuners, a '59 at the neck and a JB at the bridge, controlled by a 5-way superswitch and a Master Volume and tone.
And here's a family shot with a couple more although these three are my favorites:
