I just put in a Custom Custom as a bridge pickup in my mahogany/maple cap, mahogany/rosewood neck LP, and I'm trying to decide which neck pup to use. I'm thinking either a Seth Lover, or a Jazz. I play mostly blues and classic rock through a small tube combo amp. Any suggestions?

Seth Lover would be my choice of the two. Nice and smooth, but with the ability to get a little rude if necessary. Blues and classic rock are it's forte's. The Jazz will be brighter and more articulate. Annother choice for what you mentioned is the APH. A little smoother, sweeter and slightly more balanced than the Seth.

A lot depends on the character of the wood in your particular guitar -- if it's on the dark side, go with a brighter/thinner pickup (Jazz) and if it's a bright guitar with plenty of bite, go with something a little warmer and smoother (Alnico 2 Pro).
Seeing as how you have a CC in it, which is a smooth warm pickup as bridge pu's go, and you aren't complaining about it, you'd probably be happier with the Alnico 2 Pro.
