IMO switching to a Seth neck would be a noticeable improvement overall, one that you could quickly get used to. Clearer highs & mids, better dynamics, better air, better note separation across chords, less tubby in the lows and less congested in the low mids without sacrificing richness or punch.
There's a reason why the old Epi pickups became known as mudbuckers.
