Seymour Duncan blackouts "HELP"!!!!

Ive got a great vintage kramer ive built and I decided to go with active pickups...but I cannot find a proper diagram. I need one for a 1 volume, 1 tone and a 2020 NKK 3 way switch, and a stereo tube style input.... I have failed and going crazy!!!! Any help would be awesome and much appreciated!!!!

Not too big of a deal, but this should be in the pickup lounge (I can see why you thought it would be posted here though).

I think I have an idea of what the switch you're talking about is, but I'm not completely sure. Just follow the diagram in the first link, but when it comes to the three way switch, refer to the diagram in the second link.
