A big thanks to the guys in the customer service team.
I posted a thread a few months back asking for advice from the forum on a Jazz neck pickup which was working fine in all wiring options, but was developing a slight hum at higher levels - even in full humbucking mode.
I am living in the UK, but actually bought the pickup in the USA - I contacted Seymour Duncan and after going through different options was advised to send it back to them as it could be faulty and they would check it out.
Well I did just that and within 10 days had a brand new pickup sent to my door!
I have used Seymour Duncan pickups for the passed 15 years or so , and never had any problems, but it is really good to know that a high level of customer support is available ( which is sometimes lacking with other "high profile" named companies)
