Hey guys and gals,
I'm buying a really well built high end Edward's les Paul guitar and I'm wanting to put a 498T bridge pickup in it. I have a question though, if the pickup is out of a Gibson SG, will it give it a different sound compared to buying a 498T pickup out of a Gibson les Paul? Like is the guitar shape and stuff the only thing that makes the 498T pickup sound different in the 2 guitars or is the actual pickup made differently?
Cheers,
Kyle.
