hi all
my guitar currently has a custom 5 in the bridge. anyone who has tried both and could note some similarities/differences? i feel like theyre aiming towards the same goal of "paf on roids" (more so than the custom by itself). the 59/custom has an alnico v so technically its half of a custom 5 and half of a 59. would it be an improvement/upgrade or just a different "flavor"? which do you prefer? the reason im asking is because these two seem so similar and were borne from the UGF.
