sh-4 jb - sh-2 jazz combo

does anyone know if the sh-4jb-sh-2 jazz combo works alright on a fender jazzmaster, any advice would be much appreicated, cheers

What type of music are you thinking about playing? It all depends on the style, and that will determine which pickups are a good match.

i want a kind of punky, heavy sound but also quite a funky, and i've read that combo gives that kind of sound, but will it give that kind of sound on jazzmasters?

Punk and Heavy Yes for the Distortion..Funky....I'm not sure I'd probably go for the Custom Custom or maybe JB (supposed to be versatile).

That Is The Favorite Seymour Duncan`s (himself) Pickup Combination.
What Else U What To Know??
