Sharing my OX FUZZ love

When I went to Detroit for the Egnater amp seminar, I scored an Oxfuzz from a local up there. This one has NKT274 trannies (hehe) and a black paint job. No power jack... Love that. It's been the one fuzz except my Pharaoh that I've held on to.

Can't post a pic from the phone, but just wanted to share as I don't see so much about his stuff, but it's on par with Analogman and other fuzz greats. I hope to order his silicon fuzz and maybe his hybrid soon. My favorite thing is that he is a DOOM player and uses a fuzz face style fuzz. Love that! His band is Sons of Otis btw. One of my new favorite bands right under DOB

That's cool, man. I love fuzz faces, I've just never found that they worked well for doom stuff. If it's as good as you say for that kind of music, I might just have to get one myself...

Checked out the hybrid - oh man that's tickling my fancy. I might just have to get one.

It's still a fuzz face... But Ken (the builder) plays some of the doomiest doom there is. Checkout youtube and search oxfuzz doom. I hear A LOT of hendrix there too. Really cool dude and Sons of Otis is pretty great too.
