i have the sz320. i have never played an agile so all i can tell you is about the ibanez i do own. wonderful neck, not too chunky but not thin either. very solidly built with no fit or finish problems. mahogany body with maple cap. stock tuners work fine, guitar has tons of sustain. i tried out several guitars in that price range including deans, washburns, mexi strats, esp LTD's, epis, other ibanez, etc.... the sz320 felt better than all of them (in MY hands at least) in stock trim, but i didn't care much for the stock pick ups. i found a slightly used one on another site that i ended up buying from a member there. he had replaced the stock pups with dimarzios and i couldn't be happier with what i've got for a guitar in that price range. the sz has a great feel and playability to it, but i would swap the pups if and when you can.
