im assuming you mean the stock alnico II pro tele pup. youll need to keep the seth very low to balance the volumes but you should be ok. there will be a big tonal difference between the two pups but i think youll be able to get some fantastic tones

I had a Seth in the neck of my tele with a Van Zandt vintage wind in the bridge. The two paired beautifully and I had no issues with volume differences. I have a half dozen favorite neck buckers for tele's and the Seth Lover is near the top. It makes a great tele neck pup.

The good things is if you find Seth Lover being dark with 250k pots and want to use 500k pots all the way, APTL1 sounds great with 500k pots as well. I paired it with '59n and had no balance issue with proper height adjustment.
