Probably not, but it aint that hard to reverse engineer a pickup.

I think the difference between a mismatched coil and the Dimarzio version is the use of the different types of wire. There are a lot of mismatched pickups that aren't Dimarzio. I don't think that is true for the use of different types of wire. I'm no expert, and not a lawyer, so I may be wrong
