I know a few scattered people out there do this, but I thought it would be more common. It was easy & fun, and I don't even listen to a lot of Jimi. The guitar is the cheapest Hadean Strat-style from Rondo. I just put this together with some birthday money.

Yep, I know that Fender & a few other companies had come out with tribute guitars over the years, but I thought it would be fun to just take a left-handed guitar & set it ip upside down. Most of the labor was just smoothing the fretwires with fine sandpaper, since they were really rough.

Considering the amount of effort Fender put into making their tributes, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Whoever signed off on this "design" should have been fired immediately and institutionalised.

while the fender isnt accurate to what hendrix played, i do like that style of guitar. reverse headstock and reverse slant bridge pup with better upper fret access than a flipped guitar

I liked the 1997 "Voodoo" Strat, which was a left-handed Strat set up upside down, with a mirrored logo. But those are selling used for like $3k right now.

That one looks pretty funny, but it's pretty comfortable to play.
