Single string packs

I teach at a High school and have a guitar club where students can play, customize guitars, multitrack record, etc. High E strings break like crazy and I am tired of buying a whole set of strings for the student that can't afford them. Is there a place online where I can buy a dozen 9's or a dozen 10's without buying the rest of the set?

I think you can order them from wharehouse stores like Musicians friend. S.I.T strings traditionaly have sold in bulk and they might have better prices.

Talk to any mom and pop- they should all be ordering from someone like Harris and Teller- most every brand will have packs of single strings.

Any good music store should have single strings. My local store sells the unwound strings for $1.00 a piece.
