SJB 3 neck and bridge polarity question

Hello

Im changing neck and bridge pickups to my
Squier Vintage Vibe JB. I bought SJB 3 Quarter Pounder pickups.

Do I need to reverse polarity on one pickup?

Wiring is all stock. No modifications made.

Bridge PU - black and white wires
Neck PU - black and red wires

The short answer to your question is no.

By definition, if the single coil Jazz Bass pickup is RP/RW with respect to one coil of the split coils P pickup, it cannot possibly be RP/RW with respect to the second coil of the P. Reversing the polarity of the J pickup would only alter which half of the P pickup it hum cancels.
