SLS-1

First post here. I'm Interested in incorporating an SLS-1 Lipstick Tube into my next setup because I really like the looks of them. However, that obviously doesn't mean anything unless they can give me the sound I'm after. I've never heard one played so I was just wondering how they compared to something like a Fender CS 69. Thanks in advance.

i havent heard a sls-1 in a long long time but in general lipstick pups are bright, glassy, and low output, probably less bottom than the cs69. ive liked them in the neck but not the bridge
