Small Stone not working

Hello SD forum!
I recently went to turn on my EHX nano small stone and it was completely off. The footswitch did not engage and the light was off. I tried different outlets and power supplies (a single wall wart and a 1 spot). Both functioning. I have some soldering experience. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips where to start??

Open up the case and check if something is grounding where it shouldn't. I've fixed several small stones with this problem. It's kinda messy in that big case, and some times a jack will twist or a wire will be brushing where it shouldn't.

Edit . . . sorry, I just realized you meant the PCB small stones. No experience with them, my bad.

Once again Steve is spot on. The EHX stuff is prone to grounding issues. I had a Dr. Q die in the middle of a gig due to a simple grounding issue and haven't used EHX since.
