I went there looking for an RR1 and i found 2, the one i was looking at the guy wanted 1500 for it, but i offered 1300, he said yes, (i didnt have the money with me so i just got his business card) the serial number was U01783, it had a lightning sky paint job...but the only problem was, considering it was made in 91,92 the pickups were Jackson with emg style covers. The condition of the guitar was almost flawless except for little scratches on the wing tips, but they were barely noticable... does anyone know how much this guitar is worth? im guessing like around 1000. the pickups are the only thing holding me back..and getting a new set of tb4s and 59s will cost a bit. Should i buy?

With that finish, and it's a 92, I'd guessing 1000 would be a fair price.

I got my '99 RR-1 in white with black bevels for 1050 shipped no more than 3 months ago, so take that for what it's worth.

actaully i called another guy, hes selling a brand new tiger striped rr1 2004 for only 1500, comes with warrentee and everything..but i gotta put it on layaway cause im a tad short...i figure 1500 for a brand new rr1 is a pretty dam good deal. i just am curious about one thing, its suppose to have a 59 in the neck, but why doesnt it say seymour duncan ? heres a pic http://img245.echo.cx/my.php?image=imagesinventoryjacksonrhodeslg.jpg
