I'm trying to get a deal on the cab, it's a 4x12. I'd love to get the matching red cab, it just wouldn't be the same in black!

You should be able to tell from the last character of the serial number:

G 1975
H 1976
J 1977
K 1978
L 1979
M 1980
N 1981

Nice! It is a 2204 circuit, which was used later in the JCM800 models. I had a 79 JMP 50 but it was black. Have fun with that bad boy... meant to be played loud! :D Great with greenback speakers.
