a few biffs, and not my best improv ever...but not too bad. quality is pretty good

still sounds like your thinking your way through it instead of playing your way through it
try to find a way to hit that modulation in the course of a flowing melodic concept as opposed to a jump discontinuity
lotta growth in your playing though - best time you've shown
keep wailing over that track

Those half-step modulation tunes like 'So What'/'Impressions'/'Thunder Walk' and even 'Well You Needn't' are difficult to negotiate in a 'natural' way through subs---those are pretty remote keys, after all. Benson's version of 'So What' on CTI succeeds pretty well with some interesting approaches...
