I'm repeating what some people have already said but...
if it is a good les paul: ie loadsa mojo, great playing/feeling/sounding guitar that you may have some attachment to, the type that is tough to come across everyday then... keep that one and sell the amp.
If the guitar is ok but not all that special then sell it because the soldano is a cool amp. Once you have cleared your debts, then you can go on a hunt for an awesome LP
