Some one help me, my computers messed up.

Every time I try to listen to clips from sound click it starts playing but there is no volume and then this box pops up that you can't X out of and you have to either press "don't send" or "report error" and either one you press automaticaly closes everything you were looking at. does any one know whats wrong with it.

Sounds like a corrupt file in your player. What OS are you running and what player?

don't know what an OS is and the player is the one where the whole screen is white then there is a grey bar in the middle...?

OS = Operating System (Windows 98/2000/XP, Linux, OS10, etc)

The white screen with gray bar is Quicktime.

I beleive its windows xp, we have a computer guy come by every once in a while...see if he cant fix it

I would suggest having your computer guy set Windows Media Player as your default player for audio files.

Or you might try it yourself . . . launch WMP, then go to Tools/Options/File Types/Select All
