Hmm. Ask the guy who worked on it what he thinks. I'm not an expert by any means but other than a faulty pot, I'm not sure what it could be.

I brought my amp to tech today and he said some spots had some bad soldering like the high/low switch. The planet wave cable cutout when he was moving it around in the output jack, so I'm going to exchange for another one. Hope this fixes the problem now.

Cool. Hopefully it's not the jack. Did you try another cable to be sure?

Yeah he tried my old cable moving it around and no problems happened with that one.
