Speaker Ohms?

Is there a way to Find out what Ohms a Speaker is? Theres no markings on the speaker of any sort, so is there some sorta way to Find out (with a mulitmeter or whatever)?

Yes, you should be able to use your meter to find out.

Ahh Kool. Thanks. I don't have to have power going through it or anything odd? (for some reason I just assumed it would be more complicated)

Nope , no power, it just like reading a pickup really.

Your readings are going to be lower...For example 4 ohms may only actually read between 2 and 3 ohms....8 ohms reads more like 6 ohms...

I just checked the speaker an was confused when it read 6.3, So this makes way more sense haha. Thanks!

+1. Just verifying opinion...not that STRATDELUXER97 needs one. A static Ohm measurement around that range is equivalent to the higher nominal "impedence" rating.
