Split pups

i have this guitar with coil-tap and i'm thinking about buying new pickups for it. My question is what would a split seymour duncan jazz neck pup and a split duncan custom rougly sound like?

Thats a hard question to answer because there is nothing to compare them too. Split HBs do not sound like Strat or Tele single coils. They will sound like Split HBs and I think you'll find the tones very useable. The Custom in particalur sounds very nice split especially when combined with another split HB.
