SS Fender Mustang I direct Recording

So I decided to record with the Mustang I by just plugging in the usb and recording it straight up on Abletons

What do you think?

Not half bad for a 99 dollar amp I think..

sounded pretty cool - would be neat double-tracked. not a fan of L-R panning during a riff though.

ive been thinking of investing in the mustang floor for exactly this purpose. not to mention it will be awesome to have in a live setting as well.

The Mustang is a surprisingly great direct recording device.

That said, I've come to believe that AmpliTube is a lot better.

I have amplitube but could never figure it out... yes I'm not very smart with computers

I highly recommend the Mustang floor unit too, I played with one at a friends place and it was pretty sweet going direct and infront of a jazz chorus
