Stacked P90 Wiring

My Vintage V130 with a stacked p90 has 60 cycle hum ( I guess it is a Wilkinson WP-100 B since it has 2 coils and 4 conductors ). The pup is wired the following way: Red&White connected , Black&Shielding connected to the top of the vol pot and green soldered to the volume pot's first terminal. Could anyone help me with this issue please?
Here's a picture of the pickup

Red&Green are comming from the bottom coil , White&Black from the top coil ( shielding soldered to the baseplate)
Could the problem be the pickup itself?

Re: Stacked P90 Wiring

Does touching the strings affect the volume of the hum? It's much more likely a soldering issue than a pickup one; when I have hum issues on a newly rewired guitar, the first place I look is the ground connections.

Re: Stacked P90 Wiring

The conductor wires are currently connected in accordance with the Seymour Duncan colour code convention. It is possible that Wilkinson uses the same four colours but in a different sequence. Confusing the two would create phase issues between the signals from the two coils.

For the sake of practicality, I would prefer to have the top coil be the one that is connected to the input of the volume control and the lower coil be the one that is permanently grounded at one end.
