Stairway Solo... give me a break haha

I took another stab at the stairway solo... been playing about 17 months or so, my playing is still rather sloppy, but I'd say its a better recording than my first one 10 months ago, still not pleased however. Give me some feedback!

It was alright, but a bit sloppy

Try starting slow and using a metronome. Also, instead of playing the rhythm next time, get a backing track from www.guitarbt.com, and it'll sound a lot better.

not bad not bad, little sloppy in some parts but ive been playin bout as long as u and probly couldnt do much better lol, so good job

it was good, you started out perfect, but tended to digress a bit from the rythm. either that, or the actual rythm was off, i couldnt distinguish. work on ur vibrato and itll sound killer! thats really good for 17 months of playing tho, keep it up!

Isn't the rhythm semi-clean 12-strings? I know you were going for the solo and it was pretty good, but add a metronome, and the correct rhythm.

its really good. great job. the only thing i can think of is keep practicing till your fingers are sore, then eat some donuts supplied by the asian guitarist and play some more till your fingers bleed.

the timing on the rhythm is actually off... which explains why the solo sounded off timing, i tried to compensate... i'll redo with a backing track sometime in the near future to see how it turns out.. thanks a lot though!

Not bad at all! I doubt Jimmy Page could play it that clean and he's been playing for 40 years+

I re-recorded the solo over a backing track I got from guitarbt.com or somethin like that... It is a world of a difference.. Tell me what you think

Overall nice job.

The timing was off in a some places and a couple of the bends were released to soon but nothing major. Few things to fix up, but well played
