As to the OP. That FSR is sweet imo, modern neck 9.5" radius (which for me is essential cause I can't play comfortably on 7.25"). Great finish, decent pickups to start with. Given that, I would also considered looking at the HR52, that comes with a more modern Radius and used you may be able to find a deal on one, but you might have to save a little more cash. That's the Tele I have GAS for, may not do it for you but it has the features I like.
Ain't nothing wrong with that FSR tho, looks like a sweet deal that could become a real great axe with a few upgrades. I would give it a spin...
