What is very soon? MJ has like 50 of those buggers to wind. Do you think they're be a bunch of gushing threads? I'm unsure what everyone will actually think once it is in their guitars...

What’s the possibility that the specs of the brobucker have never been released because the SD Custom Shop has already tried it and not liked it, resulting in a big “I told you so” from the SD employees who use this board?
BTW, I’m just kidding, so don’t all get your panties in a twist.

I know you said you were joking, but it very well may not sound good at all... or at least sound like what people hope/expect.
I'm actually full prepared for that scenario should it turn out that way. And at the least I'll some nice double creme bobbins and a dunaged A5 magnet to get rewound 
(personally I think the dunaged magnet decision was/is a mistake with that kind of overwind, but we'll see )

None. I have 2-3 pups very close in spec from Fralin and MJ that are killer.
Guys who understood what a 10k overwound PAF is will love it. Guys just jumping on the bandwagon or thinking this is some sort of mega output type of thing will be the one most likely disappointed.

Whatever happens, it will be cool just to have a pickup made especially for all of us forum brothers. I'm sure it will be quality (MJ and Seymour will make sure of that) but I'm not sure everyones expectations will be realized.
