I've been keeping an eye on these for awhile. But I still do not see them discussed much or many reviews. I will admit they are kind of ugly but cool looking at the same time.

Its like a Gibson Hail Mary design clone.. but with pickups that look like EMGs. But aren't. Fun

If they had routed it for P-90's or Firebird minis, it wouldnhave been super-cool. As it is, it's an interesting design, but it doesn't really speak to me.

I like the color, but I was never a fan of that shape. I find it funny that it is also named after a bird (is that a real bird?).

They're totally cool. They feel like a Les Paul player's shredder guitar, which makes sense coming from Bill Kelliher. It's shape lends itself to playing sitting down comfortably for extended sessions. I dig it.

I believe it's the "reverse-Firebird" look.

It's got reverse-Firebird DNA.

It's closer to a reverse Firebird. Think of a Firebird as a smaller, narrow and rounded horns Explorer.

Yeah the "non-reverse" Firebirds are similar to the Explorer shape in a general way.

"Non-reverse Firebird" = "regular" Firebird

Congrats. Reminds me of a Gibson RD.
It's a big guitar, so I would expect a big sounding tone.
I believe those are Lace Sensors right?

Yes, the Gibson RD! It had some pretty fancy Moog electronics in it at one point.

I had a Firebird VII at one time but sold it because it had the worst "head dive". I hope the Sparrowhawk is balanced for you while you're standing. Let us know!
