STK- 6 Stack Plus Wiring Help Needed

I just purchased a used STK-6 Strat Stack Plus in my bridge, and am having a tough time wiring. My middle and neck are regular single coils. It seems like part of the SD website is down, because half of the Google searches directing me back here, opens up a 404 error page. Everything else I find shows all stack plus in every position.

So from what I can tell from the diagrams that would open, black and bare are grounded, red is not used, and white is to the 5 way switch (in a standard configuration). I had a MOJO Blender kit in before, and when I first wired everything together, my output was really weak for about 5 seconds, then slowly died off. Could I have a problem with the pickup itself? I've swapped maybe a dozen pickups in various guitars in the past and they've all either worked or they didn't, so the slow die off worries me. I wiggled and then resoldered my wires, but still had no bridge pup signal (the other 2 worked fine).

I opened it up and the only way I could get a signal at all was by running the red & white both to the switch, but when I tested by plugging in my amp & tapping on it with a screw driver, it's much weaker than the other 2 pups. So I ripped out the Mojo kit (thinking maybe that was the issue since it was intended for a SSS config ) and proceeded to wire everything back together the standard SSS way. Still- no signal from the pickup unless white & red are both connected to the switch. I can't find any diagrams anywhere that show the white and red together, but like I said, very few SD related pages are opening so it's tough to find info.

Edit: pickup must be a dud. Removed it, checked w/ meter & read 4.5k bottom coil start to finish. and open across top coil

Standard SD Wiring:

Black to HOT
Red & White: Connect together
Green & Bare to GROUND

That will allow the pickup to run both coils in series.

The website just changed, you can look for diagrams using this new link

I think the one below can be useful for you, red is not wired so it won't do auto-split (that would be a different diagram) but I think it is worth looking at this, I used the STK-S6 in neck with auto split for notch position with a true single coil in the middle and I liked that quack.
