My '72 (I think) Epiphone Casion is stock, down to the spring in the Bigsby. I don't play out with it though, it feels too fragile for that. I have a Dano U3 that's bone stock, but it sounds awesome as it is.
Everything else, modded to hell, but still looks stock from 5 feet away. :burnout:
Oh yeah, I forgot that my MIJ 69RI Thinline Tele is stock, but I'm getting around to it.

My custom-built Tele is stock (like Zerberus' )
My Jimmie Vaughn Strat is stock, including the Schaller strap locks! Comes with 'em from the factory.
My ES-295 is stock, but will soon be getting a roller bridge to work better with the Bigsby, nothing else will change though.

Try the Graphtech string saver saddles on the 295. I was going to install a roller bridge on my friend's Wildkat, but he didn't have much money at the time, so I just put in the stringsaver saddles on his tune-o-matic and it stays in tune much better now when using the Bigsby.

I already bought the bridge, should get it in a couple of days. I thought about the Graphtechs, but the problem I have is that the bridge design itself is crap. The wound strings hook in the V groove in the saddle because the groove is so deep. Then, as teh string oulls back, it rocks the saddle in the bridge and the adjusting screws end up angling upwards. If I lift the string out of the V, the saddle falls back in place. Makes setting intonation a b###h. I got the roller bridge for a good price, hope it works OK. I tried on an a Gretsch and it seemed like a much better solution.

All of my G&L's are stock except for the SC-1. It was modded slightly when I got it, and I've never taken the time to correct it. My 30th Anniversary Les Paul goldtop, has had the electronics changed. It has a RS Guitarworks pots, and capacitors kit in it. I also had my Martin D-16GT converted to a bone nut, and saddle. Out of 21 guitars, 18 are 100% stock.

My very first jay turser strat copy, it broke within the first 2 weeks and i ended up getting a fedner mim strat and added the hot rail. But the jay turser is STOCK, mind you it plays like utter crap, but its stock. Even the jagged frets are stock!!!!

Nope...the only "stock" guitar I have is the Warmoth Strat I'm building right now, because I get to pick all the parts from the start. My Wolfgang is stock except for the pickups. My Hamer has a Tonepros bridge, Grover locking tuners, new pickups and electronics, and strap locks. As soon as I get around to refretting it, it'll have jumbo frets and an Earvana nut as well.

Got a US Highway 1 Strat that I had the tremelo block tightened so it doesn't float, other than that, wouldn't change a thing.
