on a side note... should I have my serial numbers written down somewhere? If my stuff were stolen I'd have no idea what the serial numbers were... do you guys have records of your serial numbers?

Re: Stolen Guitars in South Florida

You should in my opinion log all of your musical instruments with your insurance carrier. I have a lot of guitars and I have a separate policy for them. I have a document in multiple places that lists all the instruments, the serial number and the apraised value. When you consider the value of some of your guitars and then find out that the insurance is really not that expensive. It's worth every penny if some crack head breaks in and steals your guitar.

Re: Stolen Guitars in South Florida

Just so everyone knows the story, his son is a relapsed junkie and sold the guitars off to buy drugs. The owner wasn't aware of the theft until going through his collection recently.

You might want to straighten out and read your post again. Addiction to drugs is no laughing matter.

You make some of MM's posts look rational
