Kac, thats gorgeous! That charcoal grey is starting to become on of my favorite colors. And that one really looks good with that type of pickguard.

Daves strats are by far the best humbucker sound ever achieved out of a strat. That '57 strat is a beauty, simple and classic in appearance. Love the hot rails tone lately though. Though I'm wondering if for the tour this summer where they'll be playing all old stuff if he should bring out that old '57 strat again! THAT would be sweet!

i kinda doubt that as dave himself said it's in a glass display case in his home, cos he wants to preserve it now... BUT i'll be able to tell you more in the beginning of june, cos i'm gonna see em on the 31's may

Yeah me too, After I put on the Sperzel Locking Tuners, I have a feeling I might be sad that it's all done... So I'll probably have to dedicate time to finishing another strat
