Strat HH with 5way wiring

Hi,

I'm trying to wire into my strat two full sized humbuckers a PATB-1 and a PATB-3 with 1 volume and 2 tones with a standard 5way switch.

I've used this diagram http://cdn.seymourduncan.com/pdfs/support/schematics/2hb_1vol_2tone_5way.pdf however it no worky. Can anyone help?

The question is 'what isn't working?'

Are you getting sound
Are the selections doing what they should
Are the knobs doing what they should.

A stab in the dark says you've not connected the grounds together, and another is that you've soldered the switch wrong.

No sound

The pickup selector does nothing because there is no sound.

All grounds indicated on the diagram are soldered.

Continuity will be the key here. You need to trace from 1 end to the other. Paying attention to what is soldered where. Grounds must be all connected on the back of all the pots, and then to the output jack, the output from the switch must come from the wiper lug, the pickups must be soldered to the right lugs so they are selected at the right time.

Try first soldering 1 pickup to the jack directly. If this works, move the hot to the switch (with nothing else soldered to the switch). You should then get 1 position. Keep on adding things in.

Also post some very clear pictures. Some closeups, some of the whole lot.
