Strat sized rail pickup for Surf style folk guitar

A few years ago I bought an electric Thai style 3 string Mandolon called a "Phin".
I instantly fell in love with the sound and had to find one.
It has a kind of Ukelele / Surf guitar/ Mandolin type natural sound to it.
And I've been wanting to change the noisy single coil stock pickup to something with less noise and clearer sounding.
Because it only has 3 strings, I've been looking at different strat sized rail pickups and was wondering if any of you would have any recommendations?
I'm not looking for a humbucker type of sound, but more of a folk/surf rock/jazzmaster/jaguar type of sound.
Something that is going to be really clear sounding playing fast and with lots of strumming and minor chords with some natural harmonics.
My phin only has one single pickup in the neck position, so that's what I am trying to replace.

Here is a great example of a traditional Thai folk song with this 3 stringed instrument for reference.

The Vintage Rails would be my choice, if you want to keep the 'single coil-ness' of the sound. If you want more of a humbucker-y clear sound, then the Cool Rails is your choice.

i like the cool rails neck suggestion, you could run it in parallel if you wanted it even cleaner and brighter

Thanks for the suggestions! Vintage Rails and Cool Rails were what I was looking at before. The instrument is mainly used by strumming two strings at a time while playing a melody on the higher string. So I need more of an acoustic like sound rather than a warm lead sound, but would still like to have some good harmonics and overtones. I haven't tried any of the Lace pickups before, but the Sensors keep coming up on my radar every few years.
