Strupid Question - What value of pots

Hello, I am about to rewire two of my guitars and need to order all the parts, but am unsure which value pots I should be buying
two guitars - one with a custom bridge and stag mag neck, the second with a strat singlecoil neck and phat cat bridge
so what pots should I be buying for each of those? 250k or 500k?

Sorry, yes, both guitars are one vol, one tone and a three way

I'd go with 250k on the Phat Cat axe and 500k on the Custom axe to start with

Cool, I read that was the general idea - 500k for humbuckers, 250k for singlecoils, but wasn't completely sure which would be best for the phat cat...
