I bought the guitar new last summer, so I’ve had it under a year. It still plays very well and has amazing upper fret access. It’s currently loaded with a Gibson 498T and a 490R, however I do still have the original BSDM double cream pickups if anyone is interested in those over the Gibsons. I’ve also got the original chrome dome tops knobs if you’d rather have those as well.
Cosmetically the guitar is in good shape. There is one very small ding on the horn (I can supply a picture if needed) and a small spot on the back where the finish settled. There’s also a tiny cosmetic imperfection in the wood on the neck, however this does not affect the playability of the guitar in any way at all. Guitar will ship with a Gibson USA gig bag (only thing I have that will fit the Mockingbird).

Could you tell me, what's your general opinion about Ovation acoustic instruments? I'm pretty set on buying that ovation ukulele because it seems to have the features I want (and the right price)...It also has a pickup, which is a huge plus for me...But please, share with us!
