I can appreciate the good deal and G&L’s craftsmanship ... but G&L is dfinitely locked in a 4-way tie for the worst headstocks ever designed! Tied with D’Angelico, Epiphone and Ibanez ... (those nasty huge jazz box headstocks are awful!)

I don’t have a problem with Ibanez, Epi, or G&L headstocks.
Hands down worst headstock award goes to Dean.
I'm on the fence with Reverend. Their Strat headstock is beautiful, but their 3+3 design some days I love, some days I hate.
No matter what, their guitars look BADASS. I mean, come on:

That's just sick.
Well, you do realize that Leo Fender designed that G&L headstock, right?
You do know that the original Music Man Sting Rays and Sabres, and G&Ls were designed and built by Leo Fender, right? He started those companies after he sold Fender to CBS, right?
So in reality...today's Fenders aren't really Fenders are they? Perhaps in name only. They're the copies, CLONES of the originals. Leo always said that the G&Ls were his best guitars, his best designs. All Leo Fender...not clones; certainly not copies. A modern Fender...THAT'S THE COPY!
I've been saying for years that USA G&L guitars are the true descendants and heirs of the Fender name, as they have the DNA and lineage from CLF himself.
Fender makes good stuff, no doubt. But there's few guitars I like off the rack better than an ASAT Bluesboy.
