Stupid hum!!!!

My MIM strat and 89 les Paul custom both hum until i touch metal on them. My MIJ mustan has no problems, and the epi double-neck ticks (in buzzes, kinda sounds like vibrato, but the vibrato on my amp is off) What the hell is wrong? Are there bad solder connections? Are they not grounded right. I used to think it was the amp, but this has happened on two differen't amps, so it must be the guitars. I was alos wondering if it could be the outlit, but since the mustang sounded fine im guessing not.

^What he said. I often practice while watching the television, and having the television on or off makes a huge difference in how much it hums. Or maybe u have bad luck and something's wrong with all your amps. Or your instrument cable, signal dampening.

You could call and ask your local repair shop.
