Hi guys!

Hum...I think some of you will perhaps :rocket: me, because my question is a bit...stupid, anyway:

what is the difference between a TB5 and a SH5? Is there a sound difference? Is it true that the TB5 is just for Floyd trem and co, althought SH5 is for no trem guitars???? :bigok:

Thxxxx! (I feel shameful, loool!)

Re: stupid question about sh5 and tb5

apparently the trembucker is for trem-equipped guitars. that's about it although some said that the tb is wound hotter for a thicker tone to compensate the inherent brightness of trem-equipped guitars.

Re: stupid question about sh5 and tb5

Correct. The difference is that the TB-5 is designed for a string spacing of 2" or more and the SH-5 is traditionally spaced. There is no tonal difference.
