Suggestions for hard & heavy chunking w/ clarity to go in an Epi Les Paul Prosphecy

Hey guys I'm trying to decide what pups to put in to a factory 2nd Epi Les Paul Prophecy that I purchased w/out pups.
I don't have much experience with the sounds of SD pups other than the samples here and you tube.
My other guitar that I have is an Epi Les Paul 1960's Tribute that has Gibson 57 Classics. I like their clarity and their sound all around but once I turn up the gain, they lack that "chunk" with any kind of heavy metal / muting rhythms. They do everything that I play really well in terms of blues and classic rock, but once you start getting into anything heavier, they start to fall short.

I'd like to find something similar in sound and clarity but can "chunk" a lot better and harder. I hope that makes sense, I'm not sure how else to describe it.
I was looking at the JB, 59/Custom Hybrid, Custom, and Distortion for the bridge. I'm not sure about the neck. Maybe a Jazz or Pearly Gates?

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Black Winter set, Distortion set, Custom bridge with a Jazz or 59 neck. You can also put a Screamin Demon in the neck.

Hard to go wrong with Distortions for high gain chunk. I've heard some really good things about the Black Winters too, including some really beautiful clean clips so they could be exactly what you are looking for. (though full disclosure, I've used distortions but never Black Winters)

EDIT: Heres a clip of the black winters sounding beautiful for other genres:

and the chunk.. Just check out most of the stuff on Youtube, some great clips from Keith, Ola, Gord and more: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=black+winter+seymour+duncan

Also, what kind of amp/setup do you have? A bigger part of the chunk comes from your amp and pedals. I have fairly low gain pickups in all my guitars but I can get a convincingly chunky metal tone with them using a modelled high gain amp and a midboost/ts styled circuit.
