sweeping instruction

hey, i just got into sweeps (listening to a lot of micheal angelo)...and i was wondering if anyone has any idea of a good site, dvd, or just tabbed out exercises for me to practice with...aslo any other tips on sweeping would be much appreciated!

yeah I'd like to see some practical examples somewhere, I know I could come up with stuff easy enough but...it ain't called modern convenience for nothing.
