The Metal Zone's a nice pedal....they get a bad rap from alot of people but it was my "de facto" metal sound for more than a few years. I liked how if you really reigned in the gain on then it gave an almost pleasant bluesy sound as well.
After using mine for a hammer I sold it for pretty short cash when i got my Boss ME-30 and regretted doing so. I picked one up last year for $20 as well. But this one looks like it had been run over by a VW. It still works, but it's missing a knob and the shaft is bent.
When you get the pedal back please post about how it sounds. I'm downright curious about it.
