Symphonic amps anyone?

Anyone heard of Symphonic amps? A buddy of mine picked one up to play harp through and it's a great little amp. closed back, two knobs (tone and volume), three inputs (microphone and two instruments ins)....it's this weird blue marble look to it. Anyone heard of them or know anything about them? We know they're made in canada and they went under a while back, but that's about it.

tried harmony central and it had little or no info really that I didn't already know about the amp and the company...thanks though
